Hi! My name is Courtney and I want to be your next tutor for your science, reading, NCLEX, NLN, or nursing courses. I love tutoring and most importantly, I like to make learning FUN! I am comfortable tutoring everyone from elementary children to college students. Not only will you have a better understanding of the information, but gain valuable learning skills to use after our study sessions are over as well. I am a 2010 Cum Laude nursing graduate from Pace University and a 2007 Cum Laude Speech Pathology and Audiology graduate from Syracuse University. I passed the NCLEX with 75 questions in 90 minutes. I have previous experience teaching high school level biology lab.

Two hour minimum lesson length policy. All students meet at my apartment unless otherwise negotiated before lessons begin.

My study skills qualifications were gained through undergraduate course work for Communication Science and Disorders and formal tutoring experience at Pace University.

NCLEX

I successfully completed the NCLEX in the minimum allowable questions.

Public Speaking

I completed Public Speaking 101 with an A at Syracuse University in relation to Rhetorical Communication minor. I also was a multi-time PA Original Oratory Champion in high school Forensics and a member of the National Forensics League.

Anthropology

I have completed 13 credits of Anthropology courses at Syracuse University. Four of these credits were a graduate level advanced human anatomy course. I received in A in all courses and was personally mentored by the professor.

Art History

I have completed an Art History course in high school and Six credits of art history at Syracuse University as elective courses. I received an A in all three courses.

Microbiology

I successfully completed a Microbiology course at Pace University with an A grade.

Pharmacology

I successfully completed pharmacology in relation to the nursing profession at Pace University with a B.

Sociology

I successfully completed Sociology 101 at Syracuse University with an A along with other Feminism courses through Syracuse.

Speech

I completed My undergraduate in Speech Pathology and Audiology. Additionally, I completed my minor in Public Speaking 101 with an A at Syracuse University in relation to Rhetorical Communication minor. I also was a multi-time PA Original Oratory Champion in high school Forensics and a member of the National Forensics League.

Nutrition

I successfully completed a nutrition class in relation to the nursing profession at Pace University with an -A.
