I have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. I am proficient in MS Office 2003 to MS 2010. I have beginners’ skills in MS Access, MS PowerPoint and intermediate skills in MS Publisher. I also have extensive knowledge of a number of other software applications. I have been a student tutor and have also run my own business, where I tutored in various Microsoft office software applications. My speciality is MS Office Excel, where I have extensive knowledge in producing and creating advanced formulas and designing linked spreadsheets. I have the ability to create interactive macros that can be integrated into other MS Office applications such as MS Access and MS Word. My skills in MS Word include designing macros, creating mail merge documents and applying advanced tables effects. My Microsoft Publisher skills include creating brochures, various types of cards – birthday, business, get well, etc… My skills in MS Access are just below the intermediate level. I am efficient in creating linked database tables, reports and macros. I have the knowledge to import and export files between MS Office applications such as exporting a MS Access database table into an interactive MS Excel spreadsheet. In reference to my MS PowerPoint skills I have the ability to create timed slides which can be incorporated into a Microsoft Word document or Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
