I am a mother of 3. My youngest is 14 years old. I studied sociology at California State University Northridge. I have worked in the school system in California and Minnesota for a total of about 7 years. I also was a youth Director/Pastor for about the same length of time. I specialized in Special Education as an assistant and Chapter 1 as well, both in the elementary and junior high age group.
I've led the critical thinking program, Junior Great Books for 2 years, volunteered as a chaperon for field trips numerous times, coached soccer and softball, taught scuba diving for 3 years and recently was the trainer for new employees at the business I worked for before moving to the Reno area where my dad is retired and has some health issues I am helping with.
I have references upon request and am willing to undergo background checks. I am reliable, dedicated, positive, fun, and conscientious. Thank you for your consideration!
