I love learning and love seeing others understand something for themselves. I have studied a wide range of subjects; I enjoy science, math, and humanities. My college major was biochemistry, but I also took courses in Ancient Greek, history of the Middle East, and literature.
My master's degree was in epidemiology, so I am also well-versed in statistics. I also have experience as a teacher: I taught English overseas for two years after college graduation, and I substitute taught for 6 months before returning to grad school. While I have taken advanced courses, I am a patient teacher, and I enjoy working with younger children, too.
