I have degrees in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Culinary Nutrition. I minored in Biological Sciences and Leadership Studies as well. I have completed my dietetic internship and passed my board exams, so I am now a Registered Dietitian. I work in a clinical setting currently, but as I mentioned above, I have extensive experience and education in culinary arts, food service, etc. I have been a pastry cook, a cooking instructor, culinary demonstrator, nutritionist, line cook, and so on.
Whatever you prefer to cover, and however you learn best--that is how I will tutor you. I'm pretty good at explaining things in different ways to "get it" to sink it for different types of people.
