I have been teaching ESL for over 20 years, both in the classroom and as a tutor. I have also worked with students from many language backgrounds. I have taught as a profession and as a volunteer in the U.S. and overseas. I have experience teaching Business English to ex-pats and everyday English to students who want to improve their English skills and fluency. I earned a Certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language from the New School in New York, and also a Master's Degree from Columbia University in Russian language and literature.

I will assess a student's needs and create a lesson plan to focus on your goals in English. We can work on whatever areas you prefer: conversation, grammar, writing - it's really up to you! These classes are for you, to help you improve. Better English skills will give you greater opportunities socially and in your career, and I welcome the chance to help you.
