I love working with children, and though while I have not much experience tutoring, I prefer it much over teaching. Working one on one with a student is the most efficient way to achieve learning as opposed to worrying about 25 students as a whole. I coached lacrosse for four reasons which is what got me into the world of education. Since then I joined a teacher certification program and recently went on to complete a Masters degree in Education at Rider University. While it doesn't absolutely have to be inside the walls of a classroom, the world of academia is certainly where I belong. Any child I have the pleasure to work with will certainly find it worthwhile and feel the benefits of being taught by an enthusiastic educator.
