I am an experienced chemistry, physics, math and biology tutor with a Ph.D. in biochemistry.

I am currently teaching chemistry, biology and science classes at two local universities. I am also teaching Honors chemistry, physics and calculus at a local high school.

In my spare time, I am frequently involved as a tutor – and I love it! I started tutoring science and math in 2008 and I have helped many clients to improve their grades and standardized test scores.

I can tutor chemistry, biology, physics and math at both high school and college level.

Genetics

Genetics is a fun subject that I love tutoring. I have an extensive background in genetics and molecular biology from my graduate and undergraduate studies. I have hands-on experience with most of the experimental techniques in genetics and cloning that obtained during my scientific career. I also tutored several people taking genetics classes at Georgian Court University.

Microbiology

I received an extensive microbiology training during my undergraduate studies as a biochemistry major. My scientific career yielded several years of practical experience in work with microbial, insect and mammalian cell cultures. Microbiology definitely belongs on my list of subjects that I enjoy tutoring.

Organic Chemistry

I have had rigorous training in organic chemistry, which I received during my graduate and undergraduate studies as a biochemistry major. I also have a practical experience from organic chemistry lab - I performed numerous lipid syntheses during my Ph.D. work. I have already helped several WyzAnt clients to succeed in their difficult organic chemistry classes.
