I am a recent graduate of Johns Hopkins University, where I majored in Neuroscience. I have experience tutoring grades K-12 in math, reading comprehension, science, and SAT test prep, and ran a mentoring program at Johns Hopkins for undergraduates pursuing bachelor's degrees in neuroscience and behavioral biology.

I enjoy teaching math and science and work to make academic material understandable, interesting, and applicable to the real world.

I am also willing to provide college counseling and SAT prep. I have experience working with students to navigate the the college application process and have 99th percentile scores on both the PSAT and SAT.

As a tutor, I work to assess strengths and areas of opportunity, set goals and objectives with the student, and tailor my teaching style to the student's learning style.

Elementary Math

I have 4 years experience tutoring elementary math from grades K-5 including topics such as basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction/multiplication/division), money, time, and fractions.

MCAT

Prepping for the MCAT is a long and stressful process, and preparing the best way possible and obtaining a high score is a key part of a medical school application.
