I am a law student at Rutgers University in Camden and have extensive private tutoring experience. I am a certified writing tutor through the Rutgers University Writing Assistance Program, and have been trained in the techniques of minimalist tutoring, as well as in areas such as English as a Second Language (ESL), grammar skills, remediation, and advanced research.
My personal education includes experience in basic collegiate science, mathematics, history, and writing courses. As the older sister to a high-school senior and a fifth-grader, I have perfected the art of tutoring teenagers, middle-schoolers, and elementary students. My methods are perfected through experience, and are efficient and personalized to each student.
Additionally, as the winner of numerous scholarships, I can offer guidance and editorial services to students applying for college admission and scholarships.
I am also a certified lifeguard and offer swim lesson instruction. I have formerly worked as a lifeguard, swim instructor, and camp counselor, and am experienced with entertaining and captivating younger students while educating them.
