I am an expert in children's nonfiction books. My specialty is tutoring in the areas of Reading and Writing using interesting, stimulating children's nonfiction books. I have created my own lesson plans which focus on a variety of topics and subject matter. I also do themes such as the Olympics, famous scientists, or studying birds. For children who thrive on thinking more creatively, I also have art projects associated with each lesson plan.

I am an Ivy League graduate as well as a Law School graduate. I have two teaching certificates, one in elementary education and one in social studies.

I also tutor kids and adults in ESL. I have over five years of experience teaching adults in a classroom and private tutoring. I use a curriculum based on American history and culture for this as well, so my students learn English while gaining a broader knowledge of American history and culture.
