Hey prospective students/interested parents!
My name is Nils and I am 18 years old. Through being 18 years old, I have a great advantage in tutoring due to the subject material being remarkably fresh in my head (and also being closer in age to the students).
Here are some of my credentials:
800s on SAT Math I and SAT Math II
Presidential Scholar at Rutgers University (Full ride with admission into honors program)
770 on SAT Writing, 700 on SAT Reading
Piscataway High School Class of 2013 Valedictorian
NJSIAA Scholar Athlete for Piscataway Class of 2013
Prestigious James G. Cullen Family Scholarship
My strongest prospective tutoring opportunities would be teaching math. I would make an excellent tutor for any subject in math going up to Calculus II. I can offer very strong techniques to attacking the SAT (especially the math sections-reference perfect scores on those sections). I can also tutor physics and SAT writing.
I have tutored many of my friends over the years and they have shown a significant increase in their grades/scores. One example came when tutoring my friend whom received many D's last year in math. I spent one week before the final tutoring him and helped him receive a 92 on the final exam and helping him get a better final grade in the course because of this tutoring.
I am a very nice and flexible guy who would help work with the students and really help to tutor them well while boosting their self confidence along the way. In fact, my guidance counselor for school said that "I was very down to earth" in the local newspaper.
If you are interested, please contact me. Thank you and good luck on your search for a prospective tutor!
