I am a teacher with 12 years of experience in NJ schools. I have taught various sections of high school mathematics, including Advanced Math I and II; I have also taught Science in middle school. Of the twelve years as a school teacher, I taught nine in a private college prep school for children with learning disabilities.

I have passed the Praxis Mathematics certification exams with a Certificate of Excellence (top 15%) and hold two NJ teacher's certificates. In 1997, I was awarded the Geraldine R. Dodge Fellowship Award for alternate route teachers.

I have been tutoring for SAT, ACT, and GRE for many years. Besides an advanced degree in Science (summa cum laude), I have an M.F.A. in creative writing, so I can teach both math and verbal sections of SAT, ACT, and other standardized tests. My teaching is always focused on the individual student and his/her specific learning needs. I would be especially interested in a tutoring opportunity that involves academic/study skills advising and coaching.

If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
