Hello and I hope that you are doing well today. I am an attorney and I am actively involved with children as part of my practice. I am bilingual in my native language of Spanish and majored in French at Rutgers University. I tutor several subjects, primarily through another company, Club Z Tutoring, in math, language arts and Spanish. However, in the past I have tutored in SSMICS and Spanish on my own to individuals who require assistance in those subjects. I am an avid reader, love to work with children and am always striving to do well with my students. I inspire, create a friendly environment and try to make my students have fun during our sessions so that the hard work won't appear so taxing. I am punctual, reliable and very accommodating. I expect my students to be the same way and I will always look to give additional work or tips to improve the quality of our sessions. I do believe that it is the tutor's responsibility to prepare for each session and look for ways to maximize the effectiveness of each session. I stress that it is the student's responsibility to have all of the materials available for each session. I appreciate any feedback as to what works for each individual to inspire and motivate him/her. I look forward to working with you.
Educational Background is a B.A. in Sociology at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and a J.D. at Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, MA.
I lived with a roommate who was blind and deaf and the only manner in which we communicated was fingerspelling. I found it to be my most rewarding experience.
