At Big 4 PricewaterhouseCoopers, I successfully restructured a department by creating a dynamic training program for young professionals. Many of these young professionals have gone on to great careers.
I taught accounting, business, finance, economics, management, and technology. My methodology for teaching makes it easy and fun for students to conquer what may seem to them to be difficult subjects. I became known for my personality and for adjusting the pace of learning to each and every student.
I think it is very important for the basics to be mastered because then the student has a base to build on. Before and after every lesson, a review is held to cement the learning of the material.
Another important building block of experience in my career was when I earned my MBA at night at a school near Wall Street. Because the school was so close to Wall Street, many of my professors were professionals in the fields of business, accounting, economics and finance. In fact, many of them were highly known at their Wall Street firms and displayed their expertise as published authors.
I write my own blog on business and management and it is widely circulated.
