There is an adage in my local language, roughly translating to “Only and only education (knowledge) would get you the position you deserve!!!”. This adage has pretty much defined what I have done up till now in my life or what I’ll be doing going forward. I like to impart knowledge, make people comprehend concepts, which although very basic haven’t made through to the general public, because of the absence of favorable media. I would like to be that media and enrich the lives of as many people as I can. I put more weight on holistic learning, than just making students cram up formulas for their exam. My aim would be to build up the intuition behind the various phenomenon and concepts, so that the student can easily grasp the underlying theory and implement it in whichever and whatever form it is required in.

I have been an active tutor in the Edison/Woodbridge area for quite some time now. I am comfortable teaching all levels of math, right from middle school level pre-algebra to college level advanced calculus. I have a dual major, one in Computer Science and the other in Math. I did my undergraduate from a top 10 private engineering college in India. Right now I am a graduate student in Applied Math at Rutgers. I have had a perfect score in the Math section of the SAT, math and science section of the ACT, math section of the new GRE and also a perfect score in SAT math subject test 2. I am featured in the top 1% of the 800,000 students who appeared for All India Engineering Examination. I can provide references from my past students on demand. Hope to see you soon.
