David is a very caring person, who has a professional and encouraging attitude. He is consistent and determined, and my daughter is doing well. My daughter has a lot to catch up on and David feels he can help. I believe he can help my daughter to gain confidence and understand math and catch up to her grade level.
David has been coming for several weeks now, and he is working diligently with my daughter. He is very pleasant to be around and makes us feel very comfortable. He is always on time, and goes right to work on the next lesson. I appreciate his patience and his warm demeanor.
David has integrity that I have not seen in people for many years!
Yesterday, for the first time in my daughter's life, she told me she actually enjoys learning math. I could not believe my ears! Thanks you so much David!!

We are very happy with David's tutoring. My son is taking BC calculus in high school which is taught at a college level. David is very smart and is able to work with my son so he can understand some very difficult concepts. David is very flexible, as sometimes I will call him on short notice and he will always try to work with our schedule. I would highly recommend David.

David was an amazing tutor! I asked him to tutor me for the first time, a straight four hour session. He had no problem with that; he just had to work me into his schedule. When I first emailed him, he contacted me within 3 hours. This is the last class I need before I get into the Nursing program, but chemistry seemed so foreign to me and I just needed 1-on-1 help. He never made me feel stupid or that I was taking to long on the equations, so that really put me at ease. He even said, "I would prefer you took a long time doing the problem over 3 times, then handing it to me and it being incorrect because you're worried about time." He was right because I reworked the problems & got them correct, a real boost for my self esteem. He tutored me on Wednesday and I have an exam on Fri. I definitely want him to tutor me again. I highly recommend him for HS, College...really any student that wants to learn in a non-stuffy way.

I was not in the room with David or my son during the lesson, but my son said that David was on his phone during the lesson. My son also said that David did not take an initiative to help him. He just sat there and was not very helpful. I was truly disappointed since I had had a beat experience with his Spanish tutor.

Very unprofessional tutor. Continually sending instant messages on phone during the session. Paid absolutely NO attention to my questions nor concerns. Was a complete waste of my time and money!

It is true, I spent a good deal of time sending messages on my phone. This is however due to the student coming to the lesson completely unprepared. I was told that chemistry help was needed and when I arrived she had no idea what topics she wanted covered and spent at least 20 minutes just flipping through the book looking for what it was she wanted to study. When we finally came to a topic she needed help I was happy to help her and explain what she was doing wrong. However she was so frazzled by not having come in with an idea of what she wanted to go over that she shortened the lesson and promised to come back the next day with a clear plan. Then she sends a text the next morning cancelling the lesson. I say all this to say, if you come in with questions or topics then I am happy to help and focus in on what is troubling you but you have to give me an idea of how to help you. Know what you need when you show up.
