Hi. My name is Theresa. I have recently taken Early Retirement from teaching Special Education in the New Jersey Public Schools. I have enjoyed this respite, but now find I miss teaching and interacting with students and their families. Therefore, I have decided to use my experience as a teacher to service students in a tutoring capacity.

I have years of experience teaching elementary subjects - including Reading, Language Arts, Spelling, and Mathematics. I am able to work with children individually or in a small group setting.
I realize that many children need reinforcement in order to master their daily curriculum. Sometimes just a few extra moments spent on a topic or a few extra examples given will help with skill development.

Having interacted with various types of students throughout my career, I understand the importance of relating to each child as an individual and providing a comfortable environment for them to learn. Developing a rapport with even the most challenging student has been a strong suit of mine. Please consider allowing me to help your child succeed.

You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need.
