Betty is a great person and tutor. She understands what you want out the session. She works fast to make sure she goes over the material that we need to do, but not fast enough that you don't understand a thing.
She find things online for you and keeps in contact with you during the week to found out your progress.

We hired Betty a while back because our daughter, who is in seventh grade, was not doing well in Spanish. My knowledge of Spanish was limited to what I picked up years ago while working in restaurants and my wife knows less than that. We decided to look into a tutor after our daughter had gotten a bad grade on a test.

While doing a search on line I came across Wyzant and through that, Betty and we are glad we did. She has been very accommodating when scheduling sessions. She is patient and calm. My daughter has said that Betty explains what they are going over in a more understandable way than her teacher in school.

You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
