I am a graduate of Manhattan College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Spanish literature. I am currently working on my Ph.D. in Spanish Literature at the CUNY Graduate Center. I am also an adjunct instructor at Manhattan College and John Jay College of Criminal Justice. I have experience teaching Spanish courses which cover and assess reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. I am a dedicated and motivated individual that enjoys teaching and sharing the Spanish language with others. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. My family is from Galicia, Spain. I have been studying Spanish since I was a child. I completed the Praxis exam and scored 195/200 in addition to completing ACTFL's Oral Proficiency Interview with a "Superior" rating. I have experience tutoring Spanish in addition to teaching Spanish at the undergraduate level for 4 years.
