Hi, my name is Chak. I was a PhD student majored in Mechanical Engineering and also a Teaching Assistant in NJIT for about four years, but I decided to withdraw from the program last summer because I realized that I was not interested in the research part of the degree. Before I withdrew from the PhD program, I have finished most of my course works and my cumulative GPA when I withdrew from the program was 3.97. I also finished my undergraduate study in Mechanical Engineering with a Math minor and graduated with a 3.9 GPA at NJIT. Therefore, I am familiar with many of the Mechanical Engineering subjects and I am certain that I am capable of tutoring those subjects. When I was in the Mechanical Engineer program, I have also taken many required and optional math courses, such as Calculus, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Probability and Statistics, etc. So, I am pretty confident in tutoring in many college level math subjects.
I can also tutor in middle school/high school level math if your child needs tutoring in those areas. Since those maths are considered fundamental, I believe it is especially important for him/her to understand those maths thoroughly and I believe I can help your child with this.
