Educating diverse students has been my passion for the past twenty years. As such, I have been exposed to multiple levels of intelligence; consequently, I have adapted my teaching strategies and methods to fit various needs. Classroom teaching and individualized tutoring have strengthened my pedagogical approach. A testimony of that would be my experience with middle, high school and collegiate levels. Furthermore, the community education curriculum has
enriched my lesson planning and course development.
My classroom activities have always been student centered, with the hope that I would be able to reach out to as many students as possible. Teaching can be effective only if learners are able to grasp the material and build on their skills. My ultimate goal would be to have independent students who will achieve success in their chosen fields.
