Hi there!

My name is Megan and I am currently a Special Education teacher teaching grades Kindergarten through second grade. This is my 4th year teaching and I feel that my career is extremely rewarding. I went to Penn State University and graduated in 2010 with a degree in Special Education and Elementary Education. When teaching, I like to have the child learn through hands on activities, movement, and technology. I feel children, especially young children, learn through experience and activities. I have a variety of websites and interactive lessons that I use for my own students that reinforce specific skills needing improvement. I am extremely flexible with learning styles and enjoy making a difference in each child's life. I look forward to working with your child and assisting them in all that I can.

I am currently a special education teacher in the state of New Jersey. I am a tenured teacher in this area.
