I have been teaching Italian and Latin for over 25 years at the H.S. and College level. I am currently retired from the Fort Lee Public School system, but I am still teaching Italian at William Paterson University. I also taught Italian at Montclair State University and Rutgers University. I have extensive experience in teaching grammar and I have developed drills to practice and explain rules in the most effective and easy to learn way. Also, since I am a native speaker with notable academic credentials (I was born in Italy), I provide a unique opportunity to engage in oral communication with an authentic and well spoken speaker. You will learn not only the language, but also the culture that it expresses.
