I have been teaching for 13 years. I currently hold NJ Certification as a Teacher of the Handicapped, Elementary Teacher with 6-8 Science, and HQT status in Math, Science, and Social Studies. For the past 6 years, I have been teaching Algebra 1 and 2, Biology, Chemistry, Physical Science, and Environmental Science in inclusion classes at the high school level. I have previously taught both elementary and middle school grades as well.

In addition to my full time teaching experience, I have done bedside hospital instruction, home instruction, and private tutoring at all levels. I particularly enjoy working one on one with students because it allows me to better identify areas which need additional clarification. My specialty is making complex concepts more accessible for students who struggle with reading text.

Algebra 1

I have been teaching Algebra 1 since 2006, both in inclusive classrooms and in self-contained classes. I have also provided one on one instruction in Algebra as a tutor and as a home-instructor.

Elementary Math

I am certified to teach Elementary K-8 and hold HQT status in Math and Science for the Middle School level as well. Although I am currently employed full-time at the High School level, I have experience at both the Elementary and Middle School level.

Special Needs

I hold NJ TOH standard certification with HQT status in Math, Science, and Social Studies and have been teaching Math and Science in an inclusive H.S. setting full time for 6 years. I also have an additional 4' years experience teaching these subjects and working with classified students at the M.S. level.

If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
