I am a music coach. I have been coaching for 19 years and enjoy helping others to understand the language and science of music. Voice is my area of expertise and Piano is an extra bonus for me to teach. I have traveled across the nation and have sung on many famous stages. I have also helped students of mine become a part of the 12 in American Idol Competition. I am willing to train in the areas of music that helps to increase one's knowledge of their own gifts. Composition is also one of my strengths. I have also developed a quick method to assist the composer while writing their own music to their own lyrics. My tutoring methods include first understanding the level at which a student comes to me, and then creating the best approach to increase their level and abilities. In vocal coaching, I train in the areas of understanding breath support and how to shape vowels to increase the right tonality. I use the methods that include solfege so that the singer has the authentic center pitch and does not deviate from the tonality once understood musically.
