With the advent of the internet and, more recently, the rise of social networking, the business world has begun to evolve rapidly. Now, more than ever, developing strong communication skills is essential in order to be successful. If you are seeking excellence and the competitive edge for your child or yourself, then I am eager to work with you.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in English literature from Columbia University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. I have mentored young attorneys in the art of written advocacy and have tutored my daughter in various subjects. I am passionate about teaching students to read and think critically and to write incisively. Whether we are discussing the Christian imagery running through King Lear or editing a paper that has too many commas and too few topic sentences, I will challenge the student to find the very best within himself or herself. Yet, I will always strive to create an enjoyable learning experience, as I am convinced that learning is one of life’s greatest adventures.
