My name is Gina and I am a recent graduate of Rutgers University. I have a degree in history and geography. I am currently a graduate student in the Rutgers graduate school of education. When my work is completed I will have a masters in secondary social studies education and an endorsement in special education. Teacher certification is awarded upon graduation. I have tutored several students in the past but am looking to work in the field even more. I am able to help students of all ages with history, social studies, writing, and preparing for tests. I help students learn how to get the most out of their subjects and we go over the lessons from school. I give students opportunities to let me know what they are struggling with and what they need specific help with. I also recognize that every student has a different learning style and therefore needs different things from me. Whether it's note-taking skills, creating outlines for lessons, studying for tests, or gaining a better understanding of history or social studies in general, I have great experience in all these topics and would be happy to help you achieve whatever goals you have!
