Algebra 1

Algebra one is fundamental to all higher math and to a great deal of everyday understanding of the world around us. It was developed by Arab merchants to understand accounting and financial transactions. In my experience in teaching kids algebra, most who have problems do not understand sufficiently mathematical concepts like the number line, place and variables. I usually get them through the lesson they are on then go back to teach them the things they are missing.
