I am a working artist and designer (both Print and Web design) with an extensive background in Art, Art History, Photography, Drawing, Costume Making and Sculpting. My first degree was in Art History but included coursework in Chemistry, Physics, and Advanced Mathematics. I am also a graduate of the Print and Web Design Program at Boston University's Center for Digital Imaging Arts.
I have been an educator in several settings, including The National Park Service, Historic New England, Boston University's Center for Digital Imaging Arts, and the Nashua School District. My audience has ranged from Elementary to Graduate Students and I have presented in a variety of settings both in and outside of the classroom. Topics I have taught include Industrial History, American History, Archaeology, HTML, Web Design, Sculpting, Art History, and Art.
I am comfortable teaching to students with a variety of learning styles and have special knowledge in assisting students with ADHD and similar learning difficulties.
