Student Feedback for Kurt

I contacted Kurt in utter desperation for help in Physics 212, College Physics. I was in a situation that needed extra attention in order to not only graduate, but graduate with an acceptable grade. Kurt understood my predicament and sat down with me twice a week ranging from 2-3 hours a week. He simplified problems for me in a way that I could understand better. Much of what we did and how he taught was through actual practice and repetition. Being with Kurt was not like a second lecture but a problem based approach to understanding Physics concepts. Often he would have to take a different approach with me because I didn't understand it right away, and he adapted seamlessly. Which I must add is a great attribute for someone to have, especially since I was under time constraints.

Kurt always responded to emails in a timely manner and allowed me to pick a location that worked best for me to meet at for our sessions. He is very easy to understand, he understands where students have the most problems and can curtail the specific situation to the students needs. He had to do that several times for me and it paid off for me at the end of the semester. I not only met what grade I needed, but I exceeded it it too. With the schedule that I had for my final semester, there is not a doubt that Kurt's teachings excelled me to the higher grade. I understand he wants to become a full time instructor or professor and based on my first hand experience, the institution and students will benefit greatly. Higher education needs more faculty members like Kurt, he wanted me to learn the material and understand it, and I did after our sessions.

I highly recommend Kurt his experience, knowledge and teaching ability are bar none the best I have experienced.
