My name is Rich H., and I have been involved in education for a great deal of my life. I love education and working with students and have been very successful at it as a college Lab Instructor, a High School Math and Science Teacher, and as a Piano Teacher. My niche is that it does not matter what method of learning a student employs, I am able to structure a lesson or tutoring session that will be successful. I am not very stiff but I do have high expectations for anyone I teach and do all that I can do to insure their success.

While I can't guarantee results, I can almost gurantee them and have rarely had a student that did not succeed in a subject once I had them in school or as a tutee.

Thanks for your interest and I look forward to working with you.

Algebra 1

High School Algebra 1

Elementary (K-6th)

I have tutored many students in elementary K-6 subjects, specializing though in Math and Science. My degree is in Biology and I was a high school teacher and college lab instructor during my 10+ year career. I have experience in Elementary Math, Science, English/LA, Social Studies, and Writing.

Microsoft Outlook

I have extensive skills in email setup, account setup, import and export of information, archiving and more. I have been a user of Outlook in the business world since the first day it came out and have solved many issues with it at work and at home. I have setup many different accounts through pop servers and been the main troubleshooter in all my past jobs and in my teaching career. I can teach you to be more productive using calendar and tasks and how to setup shortcuts to minimize your work load.

In short I can help anyone master Outlook!

Piano

I teach piano to students ages 6 - adult. I have taught more than 100 students since 1993 and was myself a National Guild winner 5 years straight. I teach the fundamentals of music as the cornerstone of becoming a great musician.

Zoology

I have a BS in Science with a concentration in Marine Biology. I have a love for zoology and especially invertebrate zoology. I can, however, help students in almost any field of zoology.
