As you go through the day, how many times do you experience language that leaves an unimpressive impression with you in regards to the individual speaking? Alternatively, how many encounters entice you to listen for more because the opinions of the individual were delivered with a concise, logical, and crafted vocabulary and sentence structure?
After being employed within the business community for 40 plus years, it has become evident that attributes exhibited by business professionals in their language and speaking abilities have a direct bearing on the perception of their abilities as a business professional. The spoken communication between, for example, a buyer and a seller, can make or break the sale.
My passion is to enable others to share the ability of credibility which is the hallmark of the correctly spoken and written sentence, paragraph, and proposal. These traits are becoming more vague as the perception of the business relationship is shifting more into the impersonal uses of the virtual world, thus making the art of personal distinction and uniqueness in the business relationship a vanishing quality.
I offer the insights of my years in the business world to enable the discerning individual opportunities to open doors that others find locked due to their inability to communicate with others in a business environment in an effective, structured, and results-driven dialogue.
