I am a masters level chemist who enjoys helping students, both young and old learn, understand, and enjoy science. I have experience teaching chemistry as an adjunct instructor, helping my own children with their subjects, and tutoring college students. I am comfortable and enjoy working with students of all ages. I also work with the children and youth at our church and have taught all age groups, 0 - 18.
An important aspect to helping students master science problems is to assist them in understanding how to handle units. Once this is mastered, students usually can succeed at solving most problems.
