TEACHING/ TUTORING APPROACH:
I view teaching as a calling, rather than a job. Needless to say, I am very passionate about teaching and helping students improve. I take an individualized approach to each student. That is, I try to figure out what works best for them. I believe in focusing on developing lasting understanding of concepts involved, rather than memorizing. I believe that knowing WHY something is the case makes a subject a lot easier (not to mention more fun).

BACKGROUND:
Currently I am a PhD student at one of the best Political Science programs in the country (top 10), and SAT and GRE teacher for the Princeton Review. Before that I earned a Masters (in Political Science as well) from Northeastern University with a perfect 4.0 GPA. During my undergraduate studies I also studied Communication Studies, International Studies, and Russian Studies. Furthermore, I was a member of speech and debate team and was a recipient of speech and debate scholarship two years in the row.
