Sue has been an educator for over 25 years. She has taught in classrooms, resource rooms, private tutoring settings, and consulted with teachers and home school parents. Sue is able to draw out the best in students and specializes in children who have learning issues due to dyslexia, learning disabilities, auditory processing issues, and emotional needs. Sue is gifted at teaching students to read, spell, write, and use effective study and test-taking skills. Every student can learn. Sue will help you figure out HOW your student learns best. Sue is able to administer achievement batteries, and encourages parents to share full ed/psych evaluations in order to better program. No two students are alike, so every student receives an individualized program and progress monitoring based on curriculum-based assessments, currently called RTI, response to intervention.
