I am a Chinese student who has been in United States for 4 years since 2007. I am a current undergraduate student in St.Louis University, Missouri, studying economics.

My specialties include:
1)Chinese(Mantarin) tutoring, including listening,speaking,reading and writing skills, and helping students to prepare HSK tests.
2)ESL/EAP tutoring, especially for new Chinese immigrants and Chinese students who have trouble with English.
3)Algebra I and II, and other levels of math.
4)Economics related course.

I intend to create a course that can make both me and my students feel comfortable and relaxed. I do not like to push students; I prefer to teach students based on their interests. I believe that the basic knowledge is always the most important during learning process.And for langurage courses, I believe that sufficient practice is necessary for students to be able to fully handle the language.

I am a Chinese citizen with F1 visa who have been in U.S for 5 years. Chinese is my native language. I speak standard Mandarin, which means I do not hold any provincial accent. I passed the General Test on Mandarin in 2006, and the level I got is 1B, which is the highest level for non-professionals (1A is the highest level but only ones who study speaking-related fields may get it).
