I have tutored middle school, high school, college and graduate students, including 1 year of college instruction. I understand the challenges that students face when learning and applying new material, and am eager to help develop a stronger understanding for the material as well as help polish learning devices and study habits. I have bachelors degrees in mathematics and in economics, and I work in data analytics. I have an interest in the quantitative sciences and enjoy sharing that with others.

Benito did a great job for me regarding a project I was tasked with. He understood the overall concept and came up with a very user friendly Access form. I have really appreciated his time in revising the reports produced so that it meets my needs.

He is very easy to work with and went out of his way to reach my deadline. When another project arises he will be my go-to person. Extremely happy with my experience working with Benito.

Approved subjects are in **bold**.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I have a BA in Mathematics. I have tutored at most levels including Algebra I. I have taught a precalculus workshop where Algebra is used in every problem.

I have tutored at most levels including Algebra II. I also have Bachelor's Degrees in Mathematics and Economics from California State University-Fullerton (CSUF).

I understand the intricacies of Calculus and offer a variety of methods to solve different types of problems.

Relevant coursework includes Advanced Applied Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, Stochastic Processes, Econometrics (which satisfies SOA VEE Certification for Economics) and Time-series Analysis Independent Study where we forecasted GE and IBM stock prices using ARIMA models. Additionally, my professional career has been focused in Analytics and Data Modeling. I have Bachelor's Degrees in Mathematics and Economics from California State University-Fullerton (CSUF).

I have Bachelor's Degrees in Mathematics and Economics from California State University-Fullerton (CSUF). My Mathematics degree has a Probability/Statistics concentration and an Actuarial Science interdisciplinary concentration. Relevant coursework includes Micro/Macro Economics (Principals and Intermediate), Economics Research Methods, Econometrics (which satisfies SOA VEE Certification for Economics), Applied Statistics, and Mathematical Statistics. Additionally, my professional career has been focused in Analytics and Data Modeling.

I have a BA in Math and have tutored at all levels from elementary school to graduate level. I have over a decade of tutoring experience. For a year as an undergraduate I instructed a math workshop.

In college I majored in Math where I had worked on many applied problems on topics in Physics and in Chemistry. In high school I was nominated for the National Merit Scholarship in Chemistry. I am just a fan of Science and Math and enjoy helping others meet their science goals.

I have a BA in Mathematics. I have taught a Pre-calculus workshop where Geometry is used in many problems, particularly in Trigonometry sections.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics. I have taken two courses in Linear Algebra. The first on matrix operations, vector analysis and applications toward solving differential equations. The second on more theoretical topics which include (transient) subspaces, linear transformations, eigenvectors/eigenvalues and Jordan Cannonical forms.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics. In my undergraduate studies I have gained a solid understanding of boolean functions, set theory, direct proofs (modus ponens) and indirect proofs (modus tollens, contradiction and induction).

I have used Microsoft Access in a professional environment for over two years. I have created and maintained Access databases for the purposes of data analysis. I have been able to leverage my computer programming knowledge to create VBA applications that iterate over several databases in one command. Additionally, I have a strong understanding of SQL and am able to create complex queries and manage complicated projects in Microsoft Access. My background is in Mathematics, so I understand the "relational" theory that drives database management systems (DBMS) such as Microsoft Access.

In college I have had the opportunity to work with Excel in classes such as Finance, Economics and Actuarial Science. In the workplace I have had a high degree of exposure to Excel. Excel is the primary tool for Data Analysis, and I use it every day in my professional career.

I have a BA in Mathematics. I have taught a Pre-calculus workshop where Algebraic topics are used in many problems. I have tutored remedial math in a college classroom, and have privately tutored secondary school students in Pre-algebra.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics. I have instructed a Pre-calculus Workshop (1 unit, credit/no-credit). Additionally, I have tutored Pre-calculus in the CSUF Math Tutoring Center for three semesters.

I have used SQL in the professional setting for two years. I understand The Relational Model and how it pertains to Database Management Systems (DBMS). I have used SQL in applications such as MS Access, MS SQL Server, SAS and MySQL.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics. I have instructed a Pre-calculus Workshop (1 unit, credit/no-credit) where Trigonometry was covered in 50% of the curriculum. Additionally, I have tutored Trigonometry in the CSUF Math Tutoring Center for three semesters.
