I have worked as a Teaching Assistant for three years as a volunteer at the school where I graduated with honors. I still volunteer M-W at that same school. I am certified and I would like to help you if you need it in that area of study.
I further want to say I have had a police background check done on my self for future job interviews and a TB test done as well. I am a people person and have a lot to offer in my field. I am responsible for 25+ students every year. I not only proctor them but also grade them as well. I set up field trips and since we have two semesters while one is being taught by the instructor the other half is being taught by me.
I am a paraprofessional and though I don't work for the school I do sit in on every meeting as well as board meetings. In order to remain certified you are required to take 15 CE hours in your field and I have done so with flying colors and if the school budget in Westland could afford to hire me they would, but the cuts have made that a wait and see. I Would like to help anyone who needs it. That is why I signed up for this.
