Thank you for your interest! Here I have the opportunity to give you a brief overview of my academic credentials, my experience tutoring and teaching, and my overall approach as a tutor.

I tutor all ages in 3 major categories, 1) Math/Sciences/Microsoft Excel & Word, 2) Piano and 3) Golf.

I am an energetic teacher with extensive professional, business and teaching experience. I am a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Wayne State University with BSME and MBA degrees. I enjoy motivating my students with a caring and upbeat personality. I am certified in a number of subjects including pre-Algebra, Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Elementary Math & Science.

I also bring 35 years of piano experience, playing professionally and teaching, with students of all ages in a private setting or in their own home. Through my professional playing experience with nationally recognized recording artists and composers, I challenge my students in all areas including music reading, lead sheets, chording, sight reading and music theory.

For the golf enthusiast, I actively tutor students in all areas of playing and on course strategy. Having taught students through Cherry Creek Golf Club, my instruction is intended to address the specific skill levels and improve their ability to play and enjoy the game quickly. I have experience with students of all ages.

I am passionately dedicated to teaching and seeing my students succeed in those subjects where they may initially struggle. My approach is to patiently work with my students, explaining concepts, working examples, and assisting with homework as needed. Golf

I am an accomplished amateur status player with significant teaching experience with students of all ages from 8-80 yrs old. I have taught community groups and privately at Cherry Creek GC for several years. I have worked with students who have never played up through the more accomplished players. Additionally, I am the reigning 4-time Michigan Summer Classic Champion and 4-tim SaaS Team Champion. I have been privileged to instruct non-players to successfully making golf team selections.
