I have a BA in English and Communications from Western Kentucky University, home of the Hill-Toppers, and received my Masters in Educational Technology from Michigan State University.
I recently retired from teaching 18 years of English, literature, and graphic arts, where I was the yearbook adviser, and video. I currently own a graphic design and photography business, and am finishing up my Master's in TEFL by BridgeTEFL, a division of Bridge-Linguatec.
In addition to English, I am also proficient in using and teaching various software applications, Adobe Creative and Production Suite, which includes Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. With my work as a yearbook adviser, I have lots and lots of experience in desktop publishing including making the project ready for Amazon's Kindle.
I have not taught all of my adult life as I also owned an athletic sales rep company for 25+ years, lived in Minneapolis, and traveled the world both for pleasure and business extensively.
