My name is Gabriel and I look forward to helping you learn Spanish or improve your existing skills. I was born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, but moved to Michigan in 2012 with my wife, who is a Michigan native.
Since moving to the U.S., I have gained a first-hand understanding of the difficulty involved in learning a language, but I also have a great appreciation for the many people who have helped me learn and improve my English. Now I'm excited to have the opportunity to share my native language with those who are interested in learning or improving their Spanish. In today's globalized world, language skills are very important and Spanish skills are especially helpful in the United States, and I am happy to play a role in developing these skills in others.
I studied clinical psychology in Ecuador and have a total of two years experience tutoring and providing homework help to disadvantaged children in Quito, Ecuador. Now I look forward to applying this experience to tutoring Spanish in the U.S.
Please contact me if you are interested in tutoring for high school or college Spanish, private lessons, or conversation practice.
