Hello all!
I am VERY new at this so be gentle. I just graduated with my Master's degree in International Relations this past summer and in October I decided to sign up for the United States Navy. It has been a busy few months and now I am looking to help out students who may be struggling in the humanities (history, politics, philosophy) as well as those who may be having trouble with memorization/test taking.
I come from a strong military household and I have two younger (by 7-8 years) siblings so I am accustomed to learning and teaching on the fly and in challenging situations. one of the best ways to learn the social sciences is memorization and time/date association. Note cards and repetition are the best. Silly phrases and making the process fun and memorable are key. I also have no problem helping over the internet.
I am an open book. Recently engaged. Military Service in my future. And looking to help out until I leave for boot camp.
