Do you have an exam coming up that you are losing sleep over? Or is your class just impossibly difficult for you and you need some long-term intervention? In any situation - I'm willing to help.
I first earned my bachelor’s degree at Illinois Wesleyan University and then later earned my teaching certification (grades 7 – 12) in secondary mathematics at Wayne State University. At the moment I am close to completing the Master's of Accountancy program at Walsh College.
I have tutored several students over the past ten years and have three years of experience teaching secondary math to students in Detroit and its vicinity. Currently I teach exam review sessions for intermediate accounting at Walsh College.
My approach is fairly simple; I offer the following: clear explanations, step-by-step problem-solving methods, and seasoned knowledge of mathematical/accounting concepts and their applications. No bells, no whistles, no gimmicks, just solid fundamentals. If this sounds like what you are looking for in a tutor, send me a message! I look forward to working with you!
