Hello, my name is Hannah! I'm 18 years young and currently a senior at Davison High School. My GPA is a 3.5 and I am in the top 25% of my class. I will be attending Eastern Michigan University's Honors College in the fall of 2013. There, I will be studying to become a High School English teacher or Science teacher. I have tutored students in my own grade, as well as younger. My tutoring experience ranges from basic elementary Arithmetic skills to Algebra II, and from Grammar usage to Vocabulary memorization. I've also had experience with physical science by being a teacher's aid under 9th grade science teacher, Mr. B. Smith. I've also had experience with helping students with Art projects, giving opinions and suggestions with how to make something look just right or helping to come up with a project and follow through. Another thing is that I'm in my second year of Japanese at Davison and have helped my classmate (there are only two of us this year). I will be continuing Japanese into my college years, so if there are students taking first year Japanese (since my high school class is the college equivalent of first year) I can tutor that as well. I'm fun and focused, so I hope you choose me for any tutoring your child may need! I do not have a car, and cannot drive, but I do have two sets of loving parents that can give me rides for when I need them! I will not be getting my license until spring of 2013 or summer. Theatre

I have been in a few plays throughout my high school career and will be continuing my education of theatre in college. I have taken acting lessons from Kiran's Actors' Workshops at Davison High School in the 2011-2012 school year. In the 2012-2013 school year, I took over the Actors' Workshops and I am currently directing three plays. I have received many compliments from my students from helping them hone their acting skills and I have also learned a lot from them as well.

Martial Arts

I am a registered black belt in Tang Soo Do Mu Duk Kwan via PKSA Karate. Under the instruction of Master John Lyle in Davison, I spent five years training for my ultimate black belt test. At my testing, which military personal came to watch so that they may train their soldiers as we are trained, I did my motions and forms forwards and backwards multiple times. My test was completed after 8 hours and I was congratulated by Master Lyle for having a flawless testing result.

Ballet

I have been a dancer at Academy de la Danse in Davison, Michigan for about 10 years. I started at 7 years old, taking basic dance classes like tap, ballet, and jazz. Over the years, my dance experience expanded and I ventured into Cecchetti. Once I joined the elite dance troupe, we have been doing warm ups from Cecchetti grades III to V. I own a set of point shoes and have a wide vocabulary for ballet terms, able to demonstrate basic steps and positions easily.

You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
