Hello Future students or their parents,
My name is Adam, and I am really looking forward to working with you to achieve all the goals you have when it comes to school. We may have already met. Each day I work as a substitute in most school districts in Lenawee County and a few in Washtenaw. Even if we haven't met, I probably know your teacher. I use relationships like these to maximize the help I can offer you. If you want me to, I will reach out to your teacher and discuss what you have already covered in class and find out what is coming up in class so that we can not only get you caught up with material, but we will be able to work ahead. With knowledge like that, you will be able to lead class discussions and show off your mastery of the material.
If you can't tell, I really believe in building a relationship with your teacher. Even more than that, though, I believe in building a relationship with you. The more I can learn about you, the more I will be able to teach you. You can think of me as your own private teacher AND as a friend who understands how challenging school can be sometimes, even with the things that go on outside of the classroom.
In short, I am really looking forward to meeting you. I specifically have a lot of experience working with students who could use a hand with Math and Science (any level), but I teach almost any subject. Just let me know, and we can work out a path to help you become the student you want to be.
