Hello potential tutees! My name is Leah, and I am currently a director of a before and after school program for elementary school children in Maryland. I have tutored children in all elementary school subjects since I was a sophomore at Gettysburg College. My strong suits are English, reading, and writing, but I also can work on lower-level math and science.

In addition to my love of elementary education, I also have two degrees in business. I graduated from Gettysburg with a BA in Business Management, and also received an MA in Public Relations from Georgetown University. I love learning and helping others, and would love to help you perform better in various subjects.

I have a great sense of humor, and I am certainly caring and compassionate! (You need to be when you look after 50 kids every day!) I am organized, always on time, and am very dedicated to education. I plan to go back to school for my teaching degree next fall.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
