I have been teaching people to use—and to not fear—their computers since the DOS days. I have extensive experience with all of the major operating systems and most popular software. I make a special effort to teach my students what THEY want to know, NOT what I might think they *should* know. I speak to my students in language that they can understand; I don't think that using "geek-speak" is either useful or impressive. I have had students from age 18 to age 90. I am infinitely patient—I know that my students don't know what I know, or they wouldn't have hired me! I am relaxed, well-groomed, unconventional, and very funny!
