"Superb Statistics and SPSS Tutor"
-
Vincent from Washington, DC
I came to Milton as a graduate student struggling with a Quantitative Analysis course and a limited knowledge of SPSS. I've met with him for 2 sessions (approx 3 1/2hrs total). Milton explains topics in a simplified manner. He was extremely helpful in enabling me to grasp statistical concepts and their application for research purposes (He even gave me some good ideas to use in my own research). In addition, Milton provided top-notch assistance with SPSS; which I needed for a statistical research project. I learned how to use SPSS shortcuts and various command functions unknown to me previously. Rather than just saying "click here" and "click there," Milton walked me through the process describing each thing I was doing and its purpose.
Every minute of both tutoring sessions were productive and helped very much. Also, he was very kind to meet with me at a location that favored towards my convenience. I would highly recommend Milton for anyone: struggling with a statistics course, needing assistance with data analysis for research or seeking to learn SPSS.

Dr. Milton is an absolutely great tutor! He helped me with a radium assignment that I had to complete for my internship. It involved analyzing various zipcodes within howard county that had high radium levels as well as comparing radium levels between years. Not only did he help me with my assignment but he also taught me some new ways as to how to navigate through SPSS. During my 2 hours with Dr. Milton I obtained an abundance of knowledge.

I recommend Milton. He knows his material and teaches well. Milton can help a lot. Make sure you know exactly what you want to study. Milton can teach it if it has to do with statistics. Spend time on your own getting familiar with the statistical packages. Milton will help you understand the process. Enjoy.

"Great tutoring – via phone!! "
-
C from Odenton, MD
I was at the end of a summer statistics class. For the final project (a major portion of my overall grade) there were some statistical concepts I was still shaky with and I was not sure how to apply them to intercepting the data. Long story short, I contacted Milton. Due to circumstance, I only had a few hours left – literally; so he looked on my assignment, assessed and provided feedback from what I had already completed. He worked with me through the gray areas by answering my questions and breaking down some of the concepts simplistically . . . and yes he tutored me over the phone! I did well in the class. :-)
