ADD/ADHD
I am both an Assistive Technology Specialist and an educator. For my job, I provide training and education for persons with a disability using technology for their learning needs. My primary population I work with are students with ADD/ADHD in making sure they get their education support by providing the tools and strategies with technology which could make it efficient in order to be successful. If you are looking for a teacher who can assist your son/daughter with ADD/ADHD with managing their school work, then seek me out.
Anthropology
I have a B.A. in Anthropology and have taken a number of Masters level courses while working at the University. If you need help with writing Anthropology papers or help with researching for ideas and knowledge, please feel free contact me.
Biology
I have a basic understanding of Biology since taking 2 years of Biology (Freshman and Sophomore) in University. I am also an educator with experience with working with persons with learning disability. When I teach Biology, I use demonstrations and visuals to help my students understand the concepts. Since Biology is often associated with memorization, my strategy is focused on understanding before the idea of memorization.
Clarinet

Dreamweaver
I have an understanding of Dreamweaver using HTML, Flash and style sheet features. I am able to teach the basics in using the technology, for example how to add texts, graphics and java-scripts and tools in troubleshooting HTML codes. As well, I can educate the learner on the importance of web accessibility. I have a Web Design Certification and for my job I am the web resource person for my team.
Dyslexia
I interact with students with dyslexia at my university setting working in disability support services. If you are looking for someone to help you overcome anxiety and stress and give you focus on your study needs, then please free to reach out to me. I also use adaptive technology to assist students if needed.
Elementary (K-6th)
I am a certified Elementary teacher (grades 1 to 6). If your child is looking for support for languages and math, then I am available to help. I have taught grades 1 & 2 and 4 & 5. I like to use visuals and examples to help my students learn more effectively. Please feel free to reach out to me.
General Computer
I work with technology for my job, more specifically I train students with disability using adaptive technology in a University setting. Therefore, I have extensive computer skills and teaching background. I have taught computers for well over 10 years. I am patient and understanding. I will test your knowledge by having the user repeat steps I have shown and improve on speeding up that knowledge so that you can become a gold user in using the software for school and/or in workplaces.
Piano
If anyone is looking for someone to teach you basic piano skills, then please feel free to reach out to me. I can read but treble and bass cleft and have a good understanding of rhythm and sound. I am an educator, so expect a lot of patience and practice from me. I have played piano for over 8 years. I also play guitar and clarinet.
Public Speaking
I am an educator by training and work at a university during the day as their disability support person. From experience and teaching public speaking is something I can surely assist with. I have presented for classrooms, faculty, staff and for a number of conferences and school districts. When I was younger I struggled with public speaking but over time I found strategies and tips and tricks to overcome my "nervousness" and "discomfort". I would be more than happy to assist others. Special Needs
I am an assistive technology specialist and an educator. My job is to provide training and education for persons with disabilities using technology for their learning needs. My group includes physical, learning disabilities and low/blind community.
Tennis
I am certified tennis instructor for a kids' program from Canada and have played tennis since the age of 10. I am more about teaching tennis basics and getting a person comfortable with playing tennis with beginners and intermediate level players. I am not a professional coach. If you are looking to learn the basic drills and be able to do forehand, backhand strokes and serves, then reach out to me. Again, I want to give back what I have learned from my father.
Web Design
I have certification in web design and this includes in the area of web accessibility/508 compliant. If you are looking for someone to teach you basic HTML coding in how to create tables, font color, sizes and etc. As well, coding a functional website and then troubleshout erors in the codes then fixing them. Also using online resources to help you code better looking website, then seek me out.
